Dev-10 is a high-quality post processing developer compatible with all Axoft Materials Fleuron™ photoresists. It is fluorinated based and applied to a wafer for the removal of any uncured photoresist.

Development occurs rapidly, less than one minute exposure to reveal high-resolution features of Fleuron™ PR-USF or PR-USR.
