Dev-20 is our fluorine free post processing developer compatible with all Axoft Materials Fleuron™ photoresists. Remove the use of fluorinated solvents by choosing our Dev-20. The developer has been specifically formulated to match the performance of our Dev-10 fluorine-based developer.

Development occurs on thin-films rapidly, less than one minute exposure to reveal high-resolution features of Fleuron™ PR-USF or PR-USR.
